- Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.

45+ days before conference (before 27 Sep 2026) — Full refund of registration fee, minus a 5% processing charge.
100% refund30–44 days before conference (28 Sep – 11 Oct 2026) — 50% refund of the registration fee. Processing charges are non-refundable.
50% refundLess than 30 days before conference (after 11 Oct 2026) — No refund. However, registration may be transferred to another person or deferred to the next Scientex Neuroscience Conference at no additional charge.
No refundConference cancellation by organiser — In the unlikely event of cancellation by Scientex, a full 100% refund will be issued to all registered delegates within 30 days.
